A partial acrylic denture is made consisting of a pink-colored acrylic tray that must be removed before sleeping each night, whereas partial cast dentures are made comprised of a metallic tray on which acrylic teeth are fastened. Cast partial dentures are more durable than acrylic partial dentures, and they only need to be cleaned once a week. Cleaning should be done on a daily basis, especially after eating.
