Before these thin pieces of porcelain are actually implanted on your teeth, the first step in determining whether veneers are right for you takes place. Veneers may wear down, fracture, or pop off if your teeth are under too much stress and grind together. That’s not a good idea! It doesn’t happen very often, but you might need to make a few minor changes to your ‘bite’ first.
